Bending wire parts & wire frames

Our production goes beyond classic bent wire parts. They can be expanded as desired or ordered as custom-made products. Large formats are also manufactured with the highest precision. Thanks to our excellent know-how in this area, our bent wire parts have tolerances in the tenth range. The fully automatically produced bent wire parts then go through a 100% inspection. This means we can guarantee our customers absolute reliability.

Our wire frames are mainly used to stiffen car seats, to hold textile and leather covers and in fittings.

Our wire frames are formed using the most modern wire bending machines. The wire used has a diameter of 4 to 8 mm. The bent semi-finished products are subsequently welded using welding robots.
