Compression and tension springs

Compression and tension springs are used in a variety of ways and are manufactured at ZIMMERMANN Technische Federn in a wire thickness of 0.1 mm to 6.0 mm.

They can basically be characterized as helical and cylindrical springs. If forces are exerted on the springs by compressing or pulling them apart, the spring initially absorbs them.

If the spring relaxes, the forces are released again.
